Meet our Female Founder

I’m Amy, and I know what it takes to start and grow a business as a female entrepreneur. From launching my own sustainable fashion brand to leading operations and marketing across industries, I’ve faced the highs, the lows, and everything inbetween.

My passion for supporting women in business comes from my own journey. I know the struggles of building from the ground up without the right support—that’s why I created The Female Founder, so no woman has to do it alone.  

As a lecturer, business strategist, and mentor, I’ve helped female founders gain clarity, confidence, and the tools to succeed. Being recognised with a Northern Power Women Award as a changemaker was an honour, but this work isn’t about me.

When women succeed, industries transform. My mission is to provide the support, expertise, and community that I wish I had when I started.
